I stumbled upon this Hobby Lobby framed print at my local thrift store. I found the reference photo for the characters a few weeks before on Ebay.  All at once the story came to me.

Acrylics over found photo with rose gold metallic and black paint.

Vintage photo that the characters were based on will be fixed to the reverse. 

Signed original, 1 of 1.  No prints will be made of this piece, you'll have the only one.
